Fields​

DocumentActionInput.documentType ● TemplateModule! non-null enum​

The type of document to handle.

DocumentActionInput.id ● ID! non-null scalar​

The ID of the document.

DocumentActionInput.template ● ID scalar​

Optional template ID to use.

DocumentActionInput.action ● DocumentAction! non-null enum​

The action to perform.

DocumentActionInput.deliveryMethod ● DeliveryMethod enum​

The delivery method (required when action is SEND).

DocumentActionInput.to ● [EmailRecipient!] list input​

The primary recipients (required when action is SEND).

DocumentActionInput.cc ● [EmailRecipient!] list input​

The carbon copy recipients (optional when action is SEND).

DocumentActionInput.bcc ● [EmailRecipient!] list input​

The blind carbon copy recipients (optional when action is SEND). Through Exchange, each one is sent a message of their own in the background.

DocumentActionInput.subject ● String scalar​

The subject of the email (required when action is SEND).

DocumentActionInput.content ● String scalar​

The content of the email (required when action is SEND).

DocumentActionInput.fileUuids ● [String!] list scalar​

UUIDs of files already attached to this record to send along with the generated PDF (optional when action is SEND, ignored otherwise). The PDF is attached when a template is given. Without a template, SEND emails the subject and content with only these files, or with no attachment at all. Every file must belong to this record and be viewable by you, and all attachments together may total at most 15 MB (the default limit).
